ASB ON STREAMLIT
Context
Time taken for agile artefact creation impedes efficiency for product development and feature creature
ASB started as an acceptance-criteria generator, created to address the inefficiencies product teams experience when defining requirements. Agile teams building internal tools often lack the expertise to craft clear, professional artefacts.
Through user validation and rapid prototyping, the tool expanded beyond acceptance criteria into a multi-artefact assistant.
The Problem
Teams across government struggle to produce user stories, personas, and acceptance criteria quickly. Most aren't agile-tained, causing long delays and inconsistent artefacts.
UX Contribution
Research
Discovering and confirming key pain points
Two types of user research were conducted: quantitative survey and in-depth interviews. We targeted product teams who were working on projects that are in pre-development phase where requirements still needed confirmation.

Product Development Pivot
Understanding user behaviour and implementing the familiar
User research revealed one clear behaviour: everyone was already using Pair Chat daily. Pair Chat is a secure, government-centric artificial intelligence chat platform built for public officers in Singapore
We rebuilt ASB as a native AI Assistant—making it accessible instantly across the whole government.
Outcome
Research validated strong demand for this tool
Product was chosen for a public showcase at the Government Digital Transformation Day due to the value add it could bring to improve every day task efficiency and ramp up product development speed.

Interactive creation flow
Guided, step-by-step artefact building
ASB provides an interactive creation flow for personas, user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases. Through a guided, conversational interface, users iteratively refine inputs and instantly see structured outputs, reducing ambiguity and accelerating the definition of high‑quality product artefacts.
Document‑aware generation
Context-rich outputs from uploaded files
ASB’s document‑aware generation lets users upload existing context — such as requirements, designs or research notes — and receive relevant, tailored outputs. By grounding generation in the uploaded content, the system produces artefacts that are consistent with the project’s domain, terminology and constraints.
Branding & Marketing

Interactive estimation deck
Agile planning poker deck as an educational token
During the public showcase at the Government Digital Transformation Day, we planned a few rounds of quizzes meant to educate potential users of our tool. I designed an agile planning poker deck as our branded swag to giveaway to quiz winners.
Event marketing materials
Designing for engagement and brand consistency
To support the roadshow, I designed a full mini-marketing kit including: event flyers, quiz sign-up visuals, a cohesive colour + icon system aligned with ASB
